Located in Reading, Berkshire, we are a local team of friendly, mature and qualified computer specialists, who positively enjoy troubleshooting your computer problems, in the convenience of your own home or at your office.
With over 29 years of computer technical support experience, you can rest assured, your computer will be in good hands.
We have invested heavily in the most advanced and sophisticated computer diagnostics equipment, so we can identify precisely and quickly whatever ailment your PC is suffering. This means that we are able to solve a vast majority of problems within one hour.
What do we do?
- We visit you, to save you the inconvenience of bringing your computer to us.
- We fix computers that are running slowly, erratically or are just plain dead.
- Data recovery, such as family photographs, from damaged Hard Disks and dead PCs.
- Remove Viruses, Adware, Spyware, Worms and Trojans, and prevent their return.
- Solve Internet and Email problems and set up Broadband Internet access.
- Provide regular PC Rejuvenation Checkups to regain the speed that your PC once had.
- Supply computer software and computer hardware, including new computers.
- Training on Microsoft’s Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe’s Photoshop.
- Help you set up Parental controls to protect your family from "Unsavoury" web sites.
- For our existing customers, we offer a Secure Personal Online Support service.
No fix, no fee
We offer a strict No fix, No fee policy, so that in the unlikely event we are not able to solve your PC problems, you don't pay a penny.
Where do we work?
We cover Reading and the surrounding area including, Arborfield, Barkham, Burghfield, Burghfield Common, Calcot, Caversham, Crowthorne, Emmer Green, Earley, Eversley, Finchampstead, Henley on Thames, Hurst, Lower Earley, Mortimer, Purley, Sandhurst, Shinfield, Sherfield on Loddon, Silchester, Sonning, Swallowfield, Tilehurst, Twyford, Wargrave, Warfield, Winnersh, Wokingham, and Woodley.
When do we work?
To enable us to support our customers who work during the week, we also work on Saturdays and Sundays. So we are at your service, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 8:00am until 6:00pm.
What do we charge?
Because we have over 29 years of computer experience, and use the latest sophisticated equipment, most of our visits take less than an hour, and for that, we charge £40.00. If we do need to work a little longer, we charge £10.00 for each additional 15 minutes.
